• Schedule a 15 minute office visit. Call our office at (615) 282-5038 or fill out the form below and we will contact you!
• Dr. Wes will take a digital scan of your teeth using our iTero scanner. No goopy impressions!
• Dr. Wes uses our Formlabs 3D printer to print a 3D model of your teeth.
• Dr. Wes personally makes your custom clear retainer or sports mouthguard right here in our lab.
• Come back a day or two later to try on your new retainer or mouthguard to make sure it fits properly and you are on your way!
